WHAT IS OUR DPF/GPF SOLUTION?

DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) solutions are carried out for a number of reasons. Some customers choose to remove them to extract additional performance beyond a Stage 1 remap, or to enhance exhaust tone and sound. In most cases however, customers come to us due to an existing fault, blockage or failure with their DPF or GPF — avoiding what can often be a very costly replacement.

Our solution disables the DPF or GPF entirely within the ECU software. This removes all related fault codes, stops the ECU from attempting regeneration cycles, and eliminates any associated power restrictions or warning lights.

Please note — this is a 2 part process. The physical DPF or GPF must be removed from the vehicle right after our remap. We do not offer a physical removal service — this must be carried out by an exhaust specialist.

This service is strictly for off-road, motorsport and permanent export vehicles only. The vehicle must not be used on public roads in Great Britain following this modification. To ensure compliance, this service is only carried out on private land via our mobile service, or the vehicle must be trailered to and from any workshop appointment.
