WHAT IS OUR EGR SOLUTION?

The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve is a common failure point on modern diesel vehicles. Over time the valve and surrounding pipework become clogged with carbon build-up, causing a range of running issues. A stuck-open EGR typically causes rough running, poor throttle response and increased fuel consumption. A stuck-shut EGR triggers fault codes and warning lights. Either way, it's a headache that affects performance and reliability.

Our EGR solution disables the EGR system entirely within the ECU software, removing all related fault codes and preventing the ECU from commanding the valve to operate — eliminating the problem at the source.

Please note — this is a 2 part process. The EGR valve must be physically blanked after our software service. An EGR blank plate is a cheap and simple part available from most motor factors or online. We do not offer a physical blanking service — this must be done by you or someone else.
